Swimming is a wonderful way to practice being in the moment, to break the cycle of worrying, pain, planning and analyzing. It is also one of the best ways to exercise and stay healthy.  

Swim Out of Pain is a mat based workshop for swimmers who recognize the need for injury prevention.  Karen will expertly facilitate you to identify weak links and overcome obstacles in your swimming style. There are three specific areas that slow you down, cause pain and encourage drag in the water. Rotator cuff issues, bilateral breathing problems and lower back pain all inhibit your flow in the water. If you suffer from any, or all, of these issues your experience in the water is less enjoyable.
